Hi, I’m Irfaan Ahmed, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 25 years of experience transforming organizations across healthcare, financial services, and consumer goods.
I hold a degree from the University of Toronto, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping teams work smarter, reduce waste, and achieve meaningful, measurable results.
Over the years, I’ve mentored more than 100 Green and Black Belts, guiding them through real-world challenges and building confident, capable leaders who drive change from within.
